Daily raw fruit and vegetable juices are a must to improve your wellbeing and give LIFE to your body and this will be an area that we will also focus on, so you are able to include this into your daily lifestyle.Emotionally I will help you to be in control of your emotions so you have a stronger, more resilient and happier mindset, and are hence more confident, and feeling more fulfilled. We will achieve this with Personal Coaching and NLP mindset retraining. I didn’t know where I was before I met Davinia. I had no sense of direction, and I didn’t realise at the time how un-happy I really was. I had no confidence, motivation no care for my health and wellbeing my eating habits were out of control. I had just turned 20 and I knew something had to change.
