You can only use one gift card at a time per Thread account, so gift cards can’t be combined.
If your recipient doesn’t receive the gift card at the time it was scheduled, drop our support team an email at support@thread.com quoting your order number, and they’ll be happy to look into this.
To return your items, just send them back in the box or bag they came in, along with the returns form and any original tags and packaging. You can use Royal Mail or CollectPlus to send back any unwanted items – all orders come with a freepost label for both services. You’ll have 100 days from the day you receive your order to get unwanted items back in the post.Refunds will be processed as credit back to the account used to place the order. If you spent more than the value of the gift card, the remaining charge will be refunded back to the card used to make the payment.To exchange an item and repurchase it using credit, return the item as above. You’ll receive a refund confirmation email, and the credit should be added back to your account shortly after (usually on the same day, but it can take up to 3 days). Once the credit is available to use again, you can place a new order for the item.
