+ What denominations are gift cards available in?Gift cards can be purchased in any denomination ranging from $5 to $500+ How do I check my gift card balance?You can check your gift card balance online (lloydmall.ca) or stop by the Administration Office and we can check it for you. + What types of payments are accepted for gift card purchases?Cash, Interac, Visa and Mastercard are the accepted methods of payment at the Administration Office.+ Are there any fees when buying a LloydMall gift card?There are no fees associated with the purchase of the card. However, in the province of Alberta, in compliance with provincial laws, monthly maintenance fees in the amount of $2.50 apply to cards after 16 months following the activation of the card.+ What are the non-participating stores at LloydMall?The non-participating stores are Liquor Depot, Safeway Gas Bar, and Lottery Booth+ Can I purchase the LloydMall gift card online?Currently you can only purchase a LloydMall gift card from our Administration office.+ Can I make a bulk purchase order?Yes, bulk purchases are possible at the Administration Office. You can call ahead with your order for faster service!(780)875-0116 (Must be paid for and picked up the same day.) + Can I cancel or get a refund on my LloydMall gift card?Once you complete your order, there are no refunds or purchase cancellations.+ What provincial regulations do gift cards fall under?Plastic gift cards purchased at the Administration Office are subject to the regulations of the province of Alberta. + What happens if I am purchasing an item that costs more than the value of the LloydMall gift card?When purchasing an item that is greater than the value of the gift card, the balance of the transaction can be paid for with cash or by debit or credit card. • Start by giving your gift card to the retailer and make sure to give them the full amount on your gift card; otherwise it will be declined. • You can pay for the balance of your purchase with any other form of payment accepted by the retailer.+ Can I add funds to the LloydMall gift card?No more funds can be added to the gift card once the initial amount has been used. You will have to purchase a new gift card.+ Can I replace a lost card?In order to replace a lost card, visit our Administration Office and provide a proof of purchase. In the case you don’t have any proof you can provide the name or phone number that the person who purchased the card gave upon purchasing and we can look you up.
